The Schedule of Classes will be posted to all previous Exhibitors late July. Please contact the Association Secretary if you have any queries or would like to add your name to the mailing list.

Concessions for Exhibitors travelling to the Show
To encourage participation and ensure the Show is a truly national event, subsidies will be available for Exhibitors travelling great distances to attend the Show. For more information contact the Show Office.
Ferry Subsidies
The Canterbury A&P Association is pleased to partner with Interislander to offer Livestock Exhibitors and Trade Exhibitors discounted truck, vehicle and passenger rates when travelling to the Canterbury A&P Show in Christchurch. Exhibitors will also go in a draw to win a $400 travel credit from Interislander.
Trucks
To book exhibitor stock/horse or freight trucks please call 0800 660 670 and quote code FA5389 for a 50% discount on lane metres on the vehicle deck. Passengers, Cars, Horsefloats To book exhibitors as passengers without/with private vehicles and trailers you can go to the Interislander website at www.interislander.co.nz and book in the normal way. At the Payment Details page, before entering a credit card number to pay, type the code CAPS1 in the promocode box and ‘enter’. This will deduct 20% from the cost of the booking. The promocode applies to all retail fares and so is ‘best available’ at time of booking. These discounts are available for travel to and from the Canterbury A&P Show 05NOV10 to 22NOV10. Horse floats get booked as trailers BUT need to have an ‘alert’ in the booking that it is a horse float so the loaders station the vehicle on the deck with ventilation. If there is a horse float involved they MUST CALL the call centre on 0800 802 802 to book and add the alert – use the same code CAPS1 for the discount. These offers are not valid with any other promocode offer. Users will be required to furnish their Canterbury A&P Show exhibitor entry confirmation letter or trade exhibitor confirmation letter (sent with your Show Tickets) at WLG Terminal check-in. Normal fare and refund conditions apply.
Livestock and Equestrian Exhibitors
Entry Fees
North Island Exhibitors are entitled to a 50% discount on entry fees; Southlanders (South of Queenstown) receive a 30% discount. Entry fee discount does not include stable/pen fees, ground fees, catalogues etc.
Camping
Camping on site at Canterbury Agricultural Park is $40 including gst for the duration of the Show. There is no charge for North Island and Southland Exhibitors. If you qualify for free camping please still fill in the Camping Site Application in the back of the Schedule of Classes and send with your entries.
Fuel Vouchers
$50 fuel vouchers will be sent to the first 50 entries from Livestock Exhibitor’s who are travelling from the North Island and Southland.
New Zealand Cup and Show Week
For Exhibitors travelling from outside of Canterbury we also have complimentary tickets to New Zealand Cup and Show Week racing events at Riccarton and Addington. Please email info@theshow.co.nz if you would like to receive these with your Exhibitor Show tickets. The Canterbury A&P Show is a feature event of New Zealand Cup and Show Week.
