Annabel Coulter

Sponsored by Rural Women NZ, the incredible Annabel Coulter will be joining us for a baking masterclass. Annabel said ‘Winning The Great Kiwi Bake Off fulfilled all my childhood dreams ever since I started baking with my gran at the age of three. My gran taught me everything I know about baking and that lead me to pursue a career in the world of pastry. Throughout my later years at high school I started my own baking business ‘annabelbakes’ and created cakes for all special occasions. Experiencing the bake off urged me to attend Le Cordon Bleu which had also been my dream since I was eleven. I have almost completed my first year at Cordon bleu and I can’t wait to get out into the industry and perhaps open a dessert restaurant of my own!’

Annabel’s performance is sponsored by Rural Women NZ. Rural Women New Zealand (RWNZ) has been an integral part of the rural landscape for nearly a century. It has Members nationwide. Members belong to RWNZ for friendship, support, learning opportunities and to contribute to policies on rural issues. RWNZ Members connect with rural communities through social events, fundraising projects and as an authoritative voice on rural health services, education, rural environment and social issues. RWNZ nurtures talent and encourages Members to develop their skills through roles within the organisation, mentoring and leadership training programmes.
