Choosing a site
Site options include themed feature pavilions such as the Trade Pavilion, Food Pavilion and new Agri-Science & Innovation Hub. There are also a large number of outdoor locations for the effective promotion of your products and services. These include Retail, Home & Garden, Wine Village, Education, Agricultural/Farm Machinery, Motor Vehicles and much more!
REPEAT BOOKINGS
Each year current Trade Exhibitors have the first right to renew or change their current site. You have until 20 March 2019 to reapply.
NEW EXHIBITORS
Once all current Trade Exhibitors have sites allocated, we start allocating the remaining sites to new trade exhibitors.
Offer Earlybird
To receive the 10% Earlybird offer, the total site fee must be received by the Canterbury A&P Association by 5pm Wednesday 20 May 2019. If all fees are not received by Thursday 20 August 2019 the site will be offered for resale. Trade Exhibitors not fully paid up will not be included in the Trade Exhibitor list at the back of the Official Guide, will not receive Exhibitor Tickets or Vehicle Parking Passes, and will not be permitted to set up their site.
ALL EXHIBITORS
All site fees must be paid for by 20 May 2019 to receive the Earlybird discount, otherwise, final payment of full site fee is due 20 August 2019. Applications and full fees must be received by this date to be included in the Official Show Guide, which is distributed to Canterbury households in late October. Trade Exhibitor tickets won’t be released until full payment has been received.
