Choosing a site
Site options include themed feature pavilions such as the Retail Pavilion, Food Pavilion, and the Agri-Science & Innovation Hub. There are also a large number of outdoor locations for the effective promotion of your products and services. These include Retail, Home & Garden, The Wine Beer & Cider Village, Education, Eco & Electric Area, Agricultural/Farm Machinery, Motor Vehicles, Boats and much more!
Each year current Trade Exhibitors have the first right to renew or change their current site. You have until 26th February 2021 to reapply.
From 3rd May 2021, once all current exhibitors have sites allocated, we start allocating the remaining sites to new exhibitors.
All site fees must be paid in full by 31st August 2021. Applications and full fees must be received by this date to be included in the Official Show Guide, which is distributed to Canterbury households in late October. Trade Exhibitor tickets won’t be released until full payment has been received.
