Payment of fees

1. Existing Exhibitors rebooking/changing site
(a) You are required to pay a non refundable deposit being 30% of your 2019 total site fee inclusive of GST or $350 inclusive of GST, whichever is greater.
2. New Exhibitors
(a) You are required to pay a non refundable deposit of $350 inclusive of GST.
3. Following the processing of your application, acknowledgement and a tax invoice will be emailed to you.
4. All fees must be paid in full to the Canterbury A&P Association and be received by close of business on Monday 20 May 2019 to obtain the 10% earlybird discount. Full site payment due 20 August 2019. THIS WILL GUARANTEE YOUR SITE. Depending on demand, sites may be available after this date.
I understand and agree to the condition that displays will not be dismantled or removed before 5.30pm Friday 15 November 2019 and that our display will be completely removed from the Showgrounds by noon on Saturday 16 November for indoor/marquee exhibitors and all others by Monday 25 November 2019.

I fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions as detailed including my site being fully operational between 8am and 5.30pm each day of the Show. I am fully aware of my responsibilities under the Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992 and amendments. In respect to the Privacy Act, I acknowledge that my name, address and details are held by the Canterbury A&P Association and that these may be released for promotional purposes.
