Additional discounted Show tickets can be purchased prior to the commencement of the Show and will be invoiced with your trade space. Above my allocation, I would like to purchase:

1-Day Exhibitor Pass at $20 per person per day (inc. GST)
3-Day Exhibitor Pass at $50 per person per person (inc. GST)
See condition 10.1 (Details will be sent to you by sales manager)
See condition 11.2 (Please ensure the sales manager will receive a copy of your license)

NB: A building permit is required for structures and marquees over 100sqm. See condition 9.17
Cylinder size
NB: Food Vendors require a current food license from the Christchurch City Council
NB: An application form is required from you. See condition 5.0.

Payment of fees

1. Existing Exhibitors rebooking/changing site
(a) You are required to pay a non refundable deposit being 30% of your 2019 total site fee inclusive of GST or $350 inclusive of GST, whichever is greater.
2. New Exhibitors
(a) You are required to pay a non refundable deposit of $350 inclusive of GST.
3. Following the processing of your application, acknowledgement and a tax invoice will be emailed to you (March/April 2021).
I understand and agree to the condition that displays will not be dismantled or removed before 5.30pm Friday 12 November 2021 and that our display will be completely removed from the Showgrounds by noon on Saturday 13 November for indoor/marquee exhibitors and all others by Monday 21 November 2021.
