The Official Guide is the ultimate guide to the Show. This 48-page booklet is packed full of information about the Show and includes a full exhibitor list. The Guide will be distributed to 80,000 Canterbury homes in October. The Guide also receives nearly 10,000 views online prior to and during the Show too. This publication is a fantastic and specifically targeted opportunity to talk to your customers, promote your Show deals and direct them to your site. ARENA SIGNAGE FROM $450 +GST
The Show attracts on average 100,000 people over the three days with the Main Arena in continuous use with events such as showjumping, dressage, Ballantynes Grand Parade, as well as feature entertainment and award presentations. The area is also used throughout the year for other events including various horse shows and also as a rugby ground.
EDM FROM $400 +GST
We send eDMs (electronic newsletters) throughout the year to trade exhibitors, livestock and equestrian exhibitors and Show Visitors. With a combined database of nearly 8,000 people you can choose an eDM that best suits who you’re trying to target. There are many opportunities to reach your target audiences with editions going out every month during the year.
SOCIAL MEDIA FREE
The New Zealand Agricultural Show has a dedicated Facebook page with over 9,000 likes. All Exhibitors are encouraged to like the page and share with their existing databases. Exhibitors are also encouraged to utilise the Show’s Facebook page to promote their presence at the event. A free opportunity is available for Trade Exhibitors to promote a discount or special offer to Showgoers as a Hot Deal. Hot Deals will also appear on the Facebook Stream on the Show website. We’ve also recently launched an Instagram and Twitter, both of which are gaining traction and showing good engagement during Show time. ASSOCIATION NEWSLETTER FROM $350 +GST
The Canterbury A&P Association Newsletter is one of the exclusive benefits of Association membership. Produced four times a year and distributed to approximately 3000 Members, the newsletter keeps Members up to date with what’s happening in and around the Association as well as including valuable pre-Show information. The newsletter varies from two to eight pages throughout the year.
SCHEDULE OF CLASSES FROM $250 +GST
The Schedule of Classes is an essential publication for anyone exhibiting (livestock/horses) at the New Zealand Agricultural Show. Display advertising space is available in the Schedule. Schedule of Classes adverts must be booked by 01 June, with print ready artwork supplied by 10 June.
SHOW CATALOGUES FROM $250 +GST
The Horse & Pony and Livestock Catalogues include comprehensive listings for all competitions and classes held during the three days of the Show. Display advertising space is available in the Catalogues. Catalogue adverts must be booked by 28 September with print ready artwork supplied by 9 October.
SHOW WEBSITE FROM $50 +GST
The New Zealand Agricultural Show website is the official online source of information about New Zealand’s largest A&P Show. Two advertisers have the unique opportunity to promote their business on the home page and ticketing page of the website.
